About This Product

■Monolithic cavity narrow linewidth DPSS (semiconductor pumped solid state) lasers and high-speed modulation semiconductor laser modules

It is made with an integrated structure from the resonator to the harmonic crystal using optical contacts. This has resulted in a low-loss, efficient, single-frequency laser with high stability and a clean beam profile (M2<1.1). It has the highest output power of 500mW (@532,561nm) in its class size. Semiconductor lasers are available in various wavelengths, and a wide range of output options are available, as well as superposition modulation. SM/PM fiber coupling and MM fiber coupling (50μm, 0.22NA) are also available.

■Super stable resonator with monolithic cavity

Since the cavity is completely integrated except for the excitation LD, it is resistant to vibration, temperature control is easy, and the frequency is extremely stable.

■Amazing side mode suppression

In applications that require narrow linewidths, such as Raman spectroscopy, wavelengths other than the main one (side modes) are a major problem. For single longitudinal mode lasers, side mode can be suppressed to 30-40dB as standard, and 60-70dB as option.
