About This Product

■Summary

The 2SK2880 is a small resin-sealed N-channel junction field effect transistor designed and manufactured for use in low frequency voltage amplification and analog switches. In particular, it has excellent |yfs| characteristics and RDS (ON) characteristics, making it ideal for electrical equipment such as audio and video equipment. It also has complementary characteristics with 2SJ498 (P channel).

■Features

・|yfs| is large |yfs|=3mS (standard) ・RDS (ON) is small RDS (ON) =250Ω (standard)

■Applications

General-purpose voltage amplification and analog switch circuits for stereos, cassette decks, VTRs, etc.
