About This Product

■Summary

VLA567 is a hybrid integrated circuit with 2ch built-in IGBT module drive circuit. Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive eliminates the need to design a new gate power supply. Additionally, the built-in short-circuit protection circuit maintains reverse bias for a certain period of time after a short-circuit is detected, allowing for protective operation with plenty of time.

■Target IGBT module

・VcES=600V series…………～600A class ・VcES=1200V series…………~600A class ・Please use within the maximum ratings and within the recommended range of electrical characteristics.

■Features

・Low-profile DIP structure ・Built-in two gate drive circuits ・Built-in isolated gate power supply ・Built-in short circuit protection circuit ・Built-in soft gate cutoff function (when short circuit protection is activated) ・Output peak current +/-8A (max) ・Guaranteed input-output isolation voltage of 2,500Vrms for 1 minute ・Can operate with only two power supply systems (VD=15V VIN=5V) ・Input signal can be operated with CMOS logic
