About This Product
It is a highly flexible test machine that allows you to attach a different test box, such as drums or chambers, depending on the test type. You can test knit, textile pillings and snaging characteristics.
The J.HEAL touch screen has an advanced intuitive user interface for the textile test.

Customization & compatibility
All J.HEAL test boxes can be mounted on both Orbitor, two or 4 stations, and expands the test range in the lab.
Test box: Pilling/Snagging Box, Mark & Spin Serving/Snagging Drum, Snagpod. The combination of customizable boxes is free.
By placing a snag point in the cork lining, the pilling box can be transformed into a snag box.
Snag pod
J.HEAL has developed a snag pod to solve the problem of testing an unstable loop on the clothing surface. This 8 -square chamber creates a more gentle snaging test. It provides consistent examinations in line with real life.
touch screen
The simplest and easy -to -use touch screen in the market can help you efficient in the lab.
Designed with engineers engaged in the lab, quick and simple settings, visualization of the test end time, setting of rotation speed, speed, reversal, compatible with nine languages, reinforced glass tested in lab.
Easy -to -replace lining cork
The lining cork is backed by magnets and is very easy to replace.
Automatic running
Automatic settings are programmed with rotation time and rotation frequency running in the cork liner.
Test method range
Orbitor is equipped with three rotation mode and supports all existing standards.
Rotation type: 60rpm, 30rpm, 50 revolutions after rotation 30rpm
Enhancement of safety functions
In order to prevent accidents, the rotation starts slowly and stops if the torque -controlled motor senses resistance.
