■Polyacetal resin

POM (polyacetal) is an engineering plastic with well-balanced mechanical strength properties, especially fatigue, wear resistance, creep resistance, self-lubrication, dimensional stability, and heat resistance (can be used continuously at temperatures below 105℃) ), has excellent chemical resistance.

■High quality/high precision

Resin bearing with the highest dimensional accuracy. The dimensional accuracy of the inner and outer diameters is ±0.01mm.The internal clearance of the bearing takes into consideration the expansion and contraction of the resin due to temperature changes and dimensional changes due to fitting with the shaft and housing.

■Light torque rotation/light weight

Light rotational torque for use without grease or lubricating oil. Helps reduce the weight of mechanical equipment.

■No rust/chemical resistance

Can be used in environments exposed to water, underwater, and in chemical solutions. (It is attacked by acids, but resistant to alkalis and organic solvents.)

■Non-magnetic

The inner and outer ring retainers are made of POM, and the balls are made of stainless steel (SUS304 or SUS316).

■Insulation

Although it does not conduct electricity, you must be careful about static electricity.

■Clean room use

Grease-free and lubricant-free, making it ideal for use in clean environments.

■Notes

If dirt, abrasion particles, etc. get inside the bearing, the rotational torque may change. Some types with stickers are also available.

■Special order available (optional)

- Change of material. Change the material to suit the application. (Example) Conductive POM, PPS ・Change of outer ring shape (example) R shape, U groove, V groove, concave groove, flange shape ・Change of inner ring (example) Stainless steel shaft screw, resin shaft screw ・Dimension specification (example) Changes in outer diameter, inner diameter, width dimensions, and internal clearance of the bearing ・Production of parts to be combined with resin bearings (example) resin rollers, resin collars, resin washers, resin holders ・Clean packaging (example) Packaging after washing with pure water in a clean room B series made-to-order products
