About This Product

The GNE10xxTB series is a 150V GaNHEMT with a rated gate-source voltage of 8V, the highest in the industry, which was an issue with general GaNHEMTs, and an easy-to-handle DFN package. GaNHEMT has extremely high switching speed and can significantly reduce switching loss when compared to SiCMOSFET, which also features high-speed switching, so it is expected to be one of the next generation power devices, and ROHM is In order to promote the widespread use of the device, we have established a mass production system for the GNE10xxTB series that reflects user needs.
