Functions of Ricoh's resin discrimination handy sensor
■Standard registration of data for 13 commonly used resins
It is possible to identify 13 major types of plastic materials, which account for approximately 80% of domestic plastic production.
■Up to 100 types of unique data can be added
In addition to the 13 types of standard data, customers can add and select the resin they need for identification.
■Possible to judge mixed resin and calculate ratio.
It is possible to calculate the mixing ratio of plastics (up to 3 types) such as kneading and laminating resin.
■Save the image of the measured resin
You can take photos with your smartphone when identifying resins. Measurement results and photos can be associated and saved.
■Data can be exported to a computer
Since the discrimination data can be exported to a computer, it is possible to process and edit the data.
