This is a roller conveyor type vertical conveyor exclusively for pallets.
■Mechanical equipment.
We submitted a request to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for review as a mechanical equipment other than an elevator, and it was the first in Japan to be approved as a vertical pallet conveyor.
■Self-inspection is OK.
Since this machine is set up as a mechanical equipment other than an elevator, self-inspections can be performed on average four times a year. Running costs can be reduced.
■Acceleration and deceleration are smooth.
Acceleration and deceleration are smooth with inverter control, so there is no need to worry about the load collapsing.
