■High processing performance realized in a conventional compact type

In order to achieve advanced treatment with a BOD of 10 mg/l in a compact model for home use, we have adopted a biological filtration method that produces highly clear treated water. A carrier with high microbial adhesion properties is used inside.

■Tube bottom difference 40mm

The difference between the inflow and outflow pipe bottoms of the Purification King is 40mm. This expands the range of installation conditions and increases the number of cases in which construction can be performed without using a discharge pump tank.

■Strut-less construction

Since it can be constructed without supporting pillars, construction costs are reduced, construction time is reduced, and construction efficiency is greatly improved. * Obtained FRP rating for vehicles and parking lots with a gross weight of 2 tons or less (Japan Building Center rating)

■Stable advanced processing performance, single blower piping

Processing performance has been significantly improved by arranging two carrier fluidized tanks in series. Furthermore, in order to improve the stability of nitrogen removal performance, we have adopted an intermittent metering pump for the circulation transfer pump. Conventionally, biological filtration type septic tanks required two blower pipes, one for aeration and one for backwashing, but Jyooh has decided to reduce this to one with its unique backwashing system (patented). success. Construction properties have also been significantly improved.

■The blower meets energy-saving standards. The main body has a lightweight and compact design.

The blower uses a low power consumption type that meets national energy saving standards. The shape of the main body has been revised through structural analysis, resulting in a lighter weight. By reducing the amount of raw materials used, we have reduced CO2 emissions. The length has been reduced to 1,900mm for a 5-person tank (Seiso-Oh-5) and 1,600mm in height for a 5-10-person tank (Seisooh-5-10). In addition, recycled plastics are used for internal components, filter media, and carriers.
