The TrustScan long-term signature system is the perfect solution for customers who have the issue of ``requiring the management of the original paper documents, such as consent forms and letters of introduction, even after they have been digitized.'' When digitizing documents using a scanner, we add electronic signatures and time stamps that comply with the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Guidelines for Safety Management of Medical Information Systems," making it possible to maintain the same originality as paper documents.
Therefore, there is no need to store paper documents after digitization, and they can be disposed of without any problems. It is also ideal for reducing expenses as it can reduce storage space and management costs.
