A new member is born in the MFH series. Taking milling to the next level with "high feed" and "high depth of cut". Active in a wide range of fields including automobile parts, processing of difficult-to-cut materials, and molds.
■Features
・04 size small chip (4 corners on both sides). Compatible with machining diameter Φ22 ~ maximum vertical depth of cut 2.5mm
・Achieves high efficiency in 3D machining such as shoulder/groove machining as well as helical and ramping machining
・Achieved productivity improvement and processing cost reduction in a wide range of fields such as automobile parts, difficult-to-cut material processing, and molds.
・Designed peripheral blade wiper to reduce wall level difference during multi-stage machining
・New grade PR18 series is available. Realizes long-life machining
