About This Product

■Summary

The Voyager 1450g is a 1D scanner with omnidirectional reading. Even after purchasing this product, it is possible to upgrade it as a 2D scanner by signing a decoder license agreement (optional). In addition, the Voyager 1450g, equipped with the latest small engine, can read barcodes from all 360° directions without worrying about the direction of the barcode. Furthermore, unlike CCD touch scanners and laser scanners, even barcodes with no height can be easily read by simply irradiating them with an aimer. It can be introduced at low cost, is excellent at reading damaged barcodes, and can also read barcodes and QR codes displayed on the LCD screens of mobile phones.

■The dedicated stand (standard accessory) allows you to switch to automatic reading mode and work hands-free.

When placed on the dedicated stand, the scanner switches to presentation mode and automatically detects and reads barcodes by simply holding them over the barcode. By being able to use both hands for other tasks, it provides outstanding operability when processing slips and counter operations such as POS.

■Comfortably reads LCD barcodes on mobile tickets, electronic shelf labels, etc.

With superior decoding technology, it is also possible to read mobile tickets and discount coupons displayed on the LCD screens of mobile phones and smartphones, as well as electronic shelf labels on display shelves in supermarkets and department stores.

■Can be read from all 360° directions regardless of the scanning direction of the barcode

It can be read from all 360° directions, regardless of the orientation of the 1D or 2D code. Ideal for use in retail stores such as convenience stores, drug stores, and supermarkets.

■Can read barcodes that are poorly printed, faded, smudged, or otherwise damaged.
