■Development purpose of Eltex System
``The underground rainwater storage facility LTX system (hereinafter referred to as LTX) is effective for private projects such as development and land use, as well as for flood control projects promoted by local governments.
As private businesses develop, industrial effects increase and economic activity becomes more active. However, regulating ponds are facilities that exist to maintain the naturally occurring flood control function that is being compromised. While there are various forms, by proposing an underground regulating pond, we can encourage businesses to make effective use of land.
In public works, LTX can effectively function in flood control projects promoted by each local government, starting with the basin flood control project, which is one of the policies of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. LTX is a product developed with the aim of protecting not only personal property but also social functions by playing a role in society's ability to withstand the torrential rains and long-term rain that have occurred frequently in recent years.
