･ About nitrogen witness membrane

Unlike the device and cylinders, the nitrogen film can be obtained by a high concentration and a pressure close to compressed air, with a simple system in which the initial cost is low and the compressed air is simply passed through the hollow -zone film.

･ Structure of nitrogen dynamic membrane

There are thousands of hollow yarns inside the nitrogen ward membrane, and both ends of the hollow yarn are solidified with epoxy resin. Both ends of this bundle are cut, and the hollow thread holes are open at both ends, so the gas can flow from the end to the end. The casing protects the bundle of hollow threads and sends gas appropriately.

･ The principle of the nitrogen dynamic membrane

When compressed air is sent to the hollow thread of the nitrogen dynamic membrane, the passing speed changes due to the solubility and diffusion of each molecule. The relatively fast -speeded water (H2O) -carbon dioxide (CO2) -oxygen (O2) passes through the hollow thread and goes outward. The relatively slow nitrogen (N2) -algon (AR) goes straight through the hollow thread. The volume of the air is about 21 % for oxygen and about 77 % for nitrogen, so most of the nitrogen goes straight, and high -concentration nitrogen (n2) dynamic flow comes out from the output of the nitrogen film.

･ Simple system only for compressed air

A nitrogen dynasty is a filter that can be obtained by separating only nitrogen through a special filter. By passing compressed air through the membrane, nitrogen gas can be obtained with a maximum of 99.5%purity. Since there is no drive portion as a device, there are few maintenance such as failures, the main consumable parts are only air filters, and the initial costs are very cheap compared to cylinders and generators. Because it has a simple structure, it stands quickly and is a space saving.
