■What is a resin acid-resistant slurry pump?
Because it is made of resin, it is more resistant to acids than metals. Even though it is made of resin, it is more resistant to wear than metal. That is the MUNSCH pump.
■Excellent acid and wear resistance
Thick-walled integrally molded from carefully selected solid resin material. Not only does it have excellent acid resistance against hydrofluoric acid and mixed acids, but there is no need to worry about erosion (full surface wear) or damage due to sudden temperature changes.
■Highly efficient impeller with 3D precision machining
Custom-made designs and processing according to customer specifications and applications. Optimal 3D design using fluid analysis achieves reduced power, low NPSH, and low noise.
■Easy to disassemble and assemble mechanical seals
The number of parts has been reduced as much as possible, and no special tools are required, making it easy to disassemble and assemble. Furthermore, the single coil structure eliminates the need for fine adjustments after maintenance. In addition, by standardizing parts, inventory management of parts is easy even when multiple units are installed.
