About This Product

Dedicated machine for safely injecting sodium hypochlorite. Double block with in-line automatic air release mechanism and air block mechanism.

■Automatic air bleed mechanism that reliably eliminates sucked air

Adopts a special valve seat mechanism (patented) that allows air to escape easily. Even if air gets mixed into the pump head or air is generated inside the pump head, it will be automatically and reliably removed. It also quickly eliminates air when restarting after a long stop or during low-speed operation.

■DCLPW is equipped with an air block mechanism that prevents air from entering.

Even if up to 15cc of air is sent at once, nothing will get mixed into the pump head. To prevent injection failures, it is important to prevent air from entering.

■Pump head structure that suppresses air retention

By narrowing the flow path inside the pump head to the limit and reducing dead space, we reduce the amount of air that gets mixed in and stagnates, and by increasing the compression ratio, we make it easier to expel air.

■Transparent acrylic head that allows you to see the inside of the pump head at a glance

Adopts a transparent acrylic head that allows you to see at a glance the operating status of the pump and the status of air intrusion and stagnation.

■Injection nozzle exclusively for hypoxia that prevents clogging of the injection point

The injection nozzle developed specifically for Hyalium chloride prevents backflow of raw water at the injection point, and prevents crystallization and clogging due to reactions with raw water. *Other product numbers are available.
