About This Product

For high-pressure injection of boiler chemicals and injection of additives to resin molding lines.

■Flow rate does not decrease due to pressure fluctuations.

The pump has a built-in check mechanism, so the flow rate will not drop even if the pressure fluctuates. Suitable for applications that require high-precision supply capability, such as coating and chemical compounding. Suitable for applications that require accurate mixing ratios and transfer amounts.

■Easy maintenance.

There is no need for an accumulator or a cushion tank to eliminate uneven injection. Since there are few parts that come into contact with liquid, total maintenance such as disassembly and cleaning is very easy.

■No need for dampers, accumulators, etc.

Commonly used accumulators have a slow response and pressure management is essential. Smoothflow pumps respond quickly and eliminate the need for troublesome pressure adjustments and maintenance.

■ Significantly reduces the causes of trouble.

Since the stirring and mixing process in the tank, which is a major cause of trouble, can be omitted, accidents and breakdowns can be reduced.

■Piping is easy, saving cost and space.

Compared to pulsating pumps, the piping on the discharge side needs to be thinner, so there is less loss of chemical liquid to be transferred, making it very economical.

■Excellent responsiveness.

Not only does it have pulsation-free performance, but it also responds instantly to flow adjustment.
