■Adopts 1 cam 1 head 2 diaphragm mechanism
Although it is a single head and single cam, two diaphragms are placed facing each other to suppress pulsation, which is a characteristic of diaphragms. Pulsation-free continuous flow provides excellent quantitative performance and responsiveness in flow control.
■High-precision constant velocity cam achieves stable constant flow
Takumina's proprietary high-precision constant velocity cam suppresses pulsation, and the two pump heads alternately discharge to maintain a constant flow rate.
■Double diaphragm prevents liquid leakage
In addition to the PTFE diaphragm, which has excellent durability and corrosion resistance and is suitable for transferring slurry liquid, a protective diaphragm is also included. In addition to the completely sealed structure with no mechanical seals, it firmly prevents liquid leakage even if the diaphragm is damaged. There is no need to worry about foreign matter being mixed in.
■ Stable transfer of fluids that are difficult to transfer
Not only slurry liquids, liquids that easily change in quality, liquids that easily vaporize or solidify, and low-viscosity liquids that tend to leak, but also high-viscosity liquids that are difficult to transfer with conventional diaphragm pumps, such as polymer flocculants, can be handled at a constant flow rate of up to 20,000 mPa・s. ■Wear-resistant
The highly durable PTFE diaphragm needs to be replaced once a year (4,000 hours). This greatly reduces the need for frequent parts replacement and reduces running costs.
*The recommended replacement period for consumables may be shorter depending on the quality of transferred liquid, usage conditions, and some models.
■No burn-in even when running dry
Since there are no sliding parts in the structure, there is no need to worry about the sealing part wearing out or seizing even if it is operated idly.
■The only tools are two types of wrenches. Easy to disassemble and assemble
With two types of wrenches, anyone can easily disassemble and assemble the wetted parts, making it easy to maintain.
■Low number of consumables reduces running costs
The only consumables are the diaphragm, valve seat set, and O-ring, and the cost is low. Additionally, parts can be easily replaced, reducing the amount of work required.
■Not only small quantities but also large quantities can be transferred.
There are 5 models in the lineup, ranging from a maximum discharge rate of 5L/min to a large size with a maximum discharge rate of 47L/min.
■Unit types convenient for movement, installation, and handling are also available.
