Capable of supplying ultra-constant flow with high precision. It is recommended for processes that require strict quality control, such as precision thin film coating, metering processes in cutting-edge fields, in-line injection, and sample liquid supply for liquid chromatography.
■Compact design approximately 1/2 (compared to our previous model)
Compared to our conventional metering pump (equal capacity), the installation space is approximately 1/2, making it more compact. Easy to install and move.
■Parts can be replaced and maintained without removing the chemical piping.
The main body can be easily disassembled into 8 component parts using only a hex wrench and spanner. The pump head is also side-open, allowing internal inspection, cleaning, and parts replacement without removing the piping.
■Extends the life of the diaphragm by approximately 4 times
Through detailed 3D analysis, the "flexibility" has been increased by approximately 4 times (compared to our previous model) and durability has been improved. Furthermore, we have adopted a special hydraulic mechanism that prevents the diaphragm from hitting the front, thereby extending the life of the diaphragm, which is a consumable part.
■Compatible with CIP cleaning
The mirror-finished interior of the pump head prevents chemical adhesion and provides excellent in-line cleaning performance. This reduces cleaning work and contributes to reducing the risk of contamination.
