■Loading and unloading luggage
Luggage elevators with a load capacity of 2,000 kg or less are not compatible with forklifts. Also, loading heavy items at once may cause malfunctions such as deformation of the car floor, so please load heavy items in several batches. The maximum amount of luggage that can be loaded at one time is 500 kg*. (Including the trolley. However, for models with a load capacity of 600 kg, up to 300 kg at a time)
*If the weight exceeds 500kg, we will require special cargo handling.
■Hoistway layout
Elevator running noise may be transmitted to areas around the hoistway. Please plan to avoid locating offices, living rooms, etc. around the hoistway.
■Regulations regarding passengers
Only a dedicated driver or cargo handler for the purpose of transporting luggage is permitted to board the luggage elevator. Therefore, if there is an office in the building, administrative guidance will be given to either use an elevator for people or to install an elevator for passengers.
