■Features

Hitachi Astemo Co., Ltd. has developed a seismic control damper for single-family homes, “Yuseikun,” by applying vibration control/seismic isolation technology cultivated through large-scale special seismic control/seismic isolation oil dampers for buildings and mass production technology for automobile shock absorbers. smart". ■An epoch-making vibration control method using “Yakusei-kun Smart” “Hi Dynamic vibration control method”

The vibration control damper "Yaseki-kun Smart" was developed by Hitachi Automotive Systems, Ltd. by applying the vibration control technology cultivated through the production of vibration control oil dampers for buildings and the mass production technology of automobile shock absorbers. The ``Hi Dynamic Vibration Control Method'' is a seismic control method for residential buildings that uses seismic dampers. The ``Hi Dynamic Vibration Control Method'' is an innovative construction method with excellent workability that can be installed not only during new construction but also when renovating existing homes.

■Effective against repeated earthquakes/High vibration damping effect

In an experiment that recreated the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, it absorbed the shaking of the building and reduced the amplitude of the shaking by approximately 70%. During the Great East Japan Earthquake, it was effective not only for the main shock but also for repeated earthquakes, and remained habitable even the next day.

■Maintenance free
