■Summary
Hitachi has installed the industry's first airflow vibration type "flutter jet nozzle" on all air showers, improving dust removal performance even with short air jet times.
■Added air blowing/suction structure to the bottom
Jet blows out from the bottom of one side and suction from the bottom of the other side reduces dust such as hair remaining on the floor.
■Reduction of dust accumulation
Changed the pre-filter position and improved the jet nozzle mounting structure. The number of protrusions in the air shower chamber has been reduced to reduce dust accumulation.
■Reduced footprint
External width 1,150mm x external depth 800mm, installation area 0.92m2. (23% smaller installation area compared to our PCJ-87J type with a width of 800mm)
