■New flutter jet nozzle
The new flutter jet nozzle is a fixed nozzle with no moving parts, but its greatest feature is that it uses pure fluid element technology to generate an oscillating jet stream. Widely applicable from food factories to super clean rooms such as precision processing factories and semiconductor manufacturing factories.
■Equipped with a new type of airflow vibration type flutter jet nozzle to improve dust removal ability.
A new flutter jet nozzle that creates a wide range of fluctuating airflow. Air jets are sprayed over a wide area by changing the airflow direction. Moreover, since there are no airflow control mechanisms such as louvers, there is no dust generation.
■Display color LCD touch panel adopted
Adopts a color LCD touch panel to display driving status. In addition, it is now possible to check and set the operating time etc. intuitively, improving operability.
■Setting function
・Air jet time...Can be set from 8 to 900 seconds. (Standard 8 seconds)
・Cleanup time...Can be set from 0 to 99 seconds. (Air curtain specification standard 5 seconds, other standard 1 second)
・Air curtain time...1 to 999 seconds ・Continuous operation can be set. (Standard 10 seconds) (Air curtain specification only)
・Illumination light turn-off timer time: 1 to 999 seconds after leaving the room You can set the light to turn on continuously. You can set it to turn off continuously.
■Display function
・Jet spray time countdown...Displays air jet + cleanup time countdown.
・Jet count・・・・・・・・・・・・You can check the number of air jet operations in any period.
・Total number of jets・・・・・・・・・You can check the total number of air jet operations.
・Wind speed display・・・・・・・・・・・・The wind speed is displayed as an image with an indicator. If the wind speed becomes slow due to filter clogging, etc., we will notify you to replace the filter. (Only with wind speed indicator)
