About This Product

Adoption of a color touch panel improves operability and visibility (NPO-7.5/11/15/22MNC). You can operate by directly touching the item you want to set. Operational data such as residual oxygen concentration, nitrogen gas consumption, operating hours, alarm failure history, etc. can be checked on the spot.

■“Energy saving multi-drive control” equipped with multiple compressors allows for “self-saving energy”
Automatically controls the number of operating compressors in the air supply unit depending on the amount of nitrogen gas used. Eliminates operation at higher pressures than necessary.
■Automatic energy saving mode
"Automatic energy saving mode" optimizes the nitrogen gas generation process to further reduce compressor power. Further energy-saving operation is possible while maintaining nitrogen gas purity and extraction pressure within the specification range.
■Purity priority mode
"Purity priority mode" is a mode that automatically increases the purity of nitrogen gas when the amount of nitrogen gas used is low.
■Adoption of new highly efficient adsorbent
By using a new adsorbent, we can generate more than twice the amount of nitrogen gas in an adsorption tank with the same volume. (Compared to our previous model)
■Small and space-saving
・The NPO-11MNC generates more nitrogen gas than the previous model, but the installation area is approximately 53% smaller. Even with NPO-22MNC, which generates about twice as much nitrogen gas, the amount is reduced by about 31%. (Both compared to the previous model NPO-11TX)
- The intake and exhaust ports for the compressor and air dryer are integrated into the left side intake and top exhaust. Duct construction is easy.
■The air supply unit is equipped with multiple oil-free scroll compressors.
The air supply unit multi-controls multiple oil-free scroll compressors. In addition to energy saving, "Multi" has other reliable features.
■Avoiding gas supply outages
Since multiple compressors are installed in the air supply unit, the N2 pack will continue to operate even if one compressor fails. By reducing the amount of nitrogen gas generated by the customer by reducing the number of operating equipment, etc., it is possible to maintain nitrogen gas purity within specification values.
