■The air supply unit is equipped with multiple oil-free scroll compressors.The air supply unit multi-controls multiple oil-free scroll compressors. In addition to energy saving, "Multi" has other reliable features.

■Avoiding gas supply outagesSince multiple compressors are installed in the air supply unit, the N2 pack will continue to operate even if one compressor fails. By reducing the amount of nitrogen gas generated by the customer by reducing the number of operating equipment, etc., it is possible to maintain nitrogen gas purity within specification values.
