About This Product

■PIAB vacuum conveyor boasts world-class performance and quality

The lightweight, compact, and simple design unique to the ejector system and the high cleaning performance due to the sanitary structure make it compatible with powder and granular materials for a wide range of users from the pharmaceutical to food and chemical industries. It has excellent suction ability for various powder raw materials, and its unique backwash filter automatic cleaning system is also highly efficient, making it a truly advanced closed conveyor. It is compatible with powder weighing and feeding machines such as SM screw feeders and cup weighing devices, completing an automatic raw material replenishment system. The hopper lid has a special mounting process for piab, so it can be installed with one touch using the fixing band.

■Installation on SM screw feeder/cup measuring device

By installing a PIAB vacuum conveyor into the hopper of a screw feeder or cup weighing device, it is possible to detect the remaining raw material in the hopper and automatically replenish the raw material. There is no need to manually feed raw materials into a high place each time, which greatly reduces the burden on the operator. Since raw materials can be supplied in a closed environment, there is no scattering of powder, making it sanitary.

■Options

・Raw material stock hopper: Hopper capacity can be specified and bridging measures are also available. ・Suction nozzle: A nozzle used to suck directly from a bag or flexible container bag.
