About This Product

■An air suction loader is a conveyor system that uses a blower to transport powder and granular raw materials to a hopper in a high place or another location.

In addition to pellet and granular raw materials, we also install high-density filters for powder materials to prevent raw materials from scattering into the air. We also have a program that prevents the filter from clogging by backwashing with air purge after each suction. *Filter mesh size is selected separately.

■Suction loader structure

A ring blower is used as a suction source to suction and convey powdered raw materials using air. The loader hopper has a cyclone structure that separates air and raw materials. The raw material that has been sucked and accumulated in the loader hopper is discharged from the shutter at the bottom, and the shutter is an opening/closing mechanism using a weight or an air cylinder type. Air is sucked into the blower through a filter, but since powder tends to clog the filter, backwashing with an air purge prevents the filter from clogging.

■Related options

Raw materials are sucked out from a stock hopper or directly from flexible containers or paper bags. Use a suction nozzle when sucking out. (With air amount adjustment mechanism)

■Installation on screw feeder/cup measuring device

By installing a suction loader in the hopper of a screw feeder or cup measuring device, it is possible to detect raw material remaining in the hopper and automatically replenish the raw material.
