■AE sensor (AE sensor type: PMU-AE100)
PMU-AE100 is a dust-proof and oil-proof AE sensor with a built-in preamplifier. The resonant frequency is 50kHz. Elastic waves emitted by the material itself as it cracks or deforms can be detected and evaluated in real time. When it comes to diagnosing equipment in operation, it is possible to continuously monitor if AE propagates, and it is also possible to respond to sudden abnormalities that may lead to equipment shutdown.
