Overview

■Completely air-cooled high-power UV LED

Clean, filtered air supplied by a single remote fan means there are no fans or electronics integrated into the lamphead.

■Efficient and sustainable

No water cooling reduces energy consumption compared to arc lamps. Reduce energy costs by 50% to 70%. No ozone or mercury.

■Reliability of step change process

Consistent LED output over the life of the lamp ensures complete process control compared to variable arc lamp UV. Features

■Air-cooled type

Forced air cooling distributed from a single centralized fan system for quiet, reliable operation. A filter located far from the press prevents ink errors, and a large filter shortens replacement cycles.

■Proven reliability

Aero Led features the same LED chassis and core components as GEW's LeoLED for proven reliability.

■Most efficient effect

Large windows provide maximum light extraction and longer residence times increase dose.

■Replaceable LED

LED array consisting of 25mm replaceable modules for easy maintenance.

■Easy maintenance

A sturdy waterproof seal protects the LED from intrusion and allows for easy cleaning. GEW standard force cassette design for easy maintenance. There are no fans or electronics integrated into the lamp head.
