Ti-Loc®SwissClamp: Ti-Loc Swiss Clamp Micro End Mill Extension
Introducing the Ti-Loc® Swiss Clamp System, an exciting product from the Jens Swiss touring line. This integrated taper compact tooling system is designed to work with virtually any collet or tool holder that uses a dual-angle ER collet system (DIN6499).

The Ti-Loc® system works with *most* existing tool holders and ER collet clamp nuts. Insert the Ti-Loc holder into the ER nut and twist to align the lock cam profile.
GenSwiss recommends using REGO-FIX Hi-Q ER nuts with Ti-Loc Tooling for maximum accuracy.

Gensui Steel Lock® Micro End Mill Extensions provide an excellent way to securely hold small shank rotary tooling, ensuring exceptional stiffness and low TIR while facilitating clearing of guide bushings or sub-spindles. Essential for all micromilling applications.
