The TC-300 is a gas analyzer that can be widely used for product management in various plants, especially for measuring the concentration of two-component mixed gases.
Depending on the state of the sampling gas, we manufacture sample pretreatment equipment and sampling systems that meet the customer's requested specifications, in pursuit of highly reliable analysis results. This measurement method uses the difference in thermal conductivity between two mixed gases, and the detected signal is converted into an electrical signal, which is continuously output as a signal corresponding to the concentration of the component to be measured.
If the sample gas to be measured is a mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen, flow pure nitrogen gas as a comparison gas to the reference side of the thermal conductivity detector, and continuously flow the sample gas to be measured to the sample side. It continuously measures the difference in thermal conductivity of sample gases as hydrogen concentration.
