About This Product

■Features

This analyzer is a device that continuously measures trace nitrogen gas concentration in high-purity argon gas.

■It is a continuous analyzer that is ideal for process control.

The disadvantages of conventional gas chromatograph methods include the inability to perform continuous measurements and the long measurement time. This trace nitrogen system does not require any pretreatment, and the sample can be directly introduced to continuously monitor the concentration of nitrogen, which is an impurity in argon.

■Realizes high-speed response

The flow path configuration inside the analyzer takes into consideration the incorporation of nitrogen (leakage) in the air, and also minimizes dead space to ensure that the analyzer stabilizes in a short period of time, resulting in an extremely fast response. We achieve speed.

■ Direct reading display of nitrogen concentration in argon

The concentration of nitrogen, an impurity in argon, is digitally displayed on the main panel and can be read directly.

■Excellent cost performance

Achieves cost reduction with simple equipment configuration. Furthermore, gas chromatographs do not require essential carrier gas (such as high-purity helium), and running costs are kept low.
