About This Product

■Summary This device is a gas analyzer that detects trace amounts of reducing gas components with high sensitivity using the reduction reaction of reducing gases. Optically detects mercury vapor produced by the reaction between mercury oxide and reducing gas. HgO+H2→Hg gas+H2O, HgO+CO→Hg gas+CO2 This analyzer is ideal for measuring reducing impurity gases in high-purity gases and trace amounts of reducing gases in the atmosphere. It is now possible to detect ppb level hydrogen, which could not be measured with conventional methods due to poor detection sensitivity. In addition, by using this analyzer, trace amounts of CO components, which were previously measured by FID using the methane conversion method, can be measured with higher sensitivity by preparing only a carrier gas. ■Features ・Capable of measuring ppb levels of H2 and CO - Built-in automatic sampling valve allows for interlocking with sample pretreatment equipment and automatic measurement. ・Built-in pre-cut function for safe atmospheric measurements (pre-cut function can be specified) ・Small and lightweight, does not take up much space and is easy to move ・Gas analysis possible with only power supply and carrier gas
