About This Product

■A wide range of press configurationsParallel plate type: Applications, load heating of flat workpieces (plate-like, film-like), load heating of molds, etc.Powder firing type: Mainly 2 types of applications: firing of powder using molds, load heating, etc. It has a press structure.

■High performance/resolutionThe high-torque servo motor is controlled at high speed to achieve a high-precision press process, and digitally controlled so that a constant load is applied even when the workpiece is deformed.The maximum load resolution is 1N, allowing for fine load control. (More detailed load control is possible depending on the maximum load) Compatible with various hot presses such as load mode control and position (displacement) mode.

■High temperature pressWe support furnace bodies, molds, etc. up to ultra-high temperatures of 900℃, which were previously unsuitable, and also handle high-precision molds and surface treatments to prevent powder adhesion.

■Plate heating surfaceMaximum temperature 900℃ lineup. Plate heating can be set to either one side (upper or lower plate) or both sides.

■High temperature material testing/characteristic analysisAs a material test and property analysis device in high temperature contact. Options such as thermal shutters are available to suppress the temperature rise of materials before testing.

■SafetySafety features such as an emergency stop function and safety shutter are standard equipment, and other options are available to improve safety.

■Desktop installationIt can be installed on a tabletop, saving space and requiring no additional work such as foundation work. Can be operated with a 100V outlet. AC200V, φ3 power supply is required depending on the load.
