About This Product
■Summary
The DG1000Z series is a multifunctional signal generator equipped with a function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, pulse generator, harmonic generator, analog/digital modulator, frequency counter, etc. There are 2 channels with the same functionality, and the phase can be adjusted between channels.
■SiFi technology
The DG1000Z series arbitrary waveform/function generator is equipped with SIFI technology developed by RIGOL. You can generate arbitrary waves for each point and output the signal without distortion. The sampling rate can be precisely adjusted and provides output signal jitter as low as 200 ps compared to traditional DDS signal generators.
■160 built-in waveforms
DG1000Z has 160 common custom waveforms built-in and can be selected from the front panel.
■Sweep function and burst mode
Supports sweep output from low frequency to high frequency or high frequency to low frequency. There are three sweep types: linear, log, and step. You can also set a "mark" frequency.
The burst function can operate in three types: N-cycle, infinite, and gate.
■Various analog/digital modulation
AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, and PWM modulation are possible. The modulation source can be selected from internal or external.
■Harmonic generator
DG800 has a built-in 8th harmonic generation function that outputs harmonics by setting the order, amplitude, and phase. Used in testing harmonic detection equipment and harmonic filter equipment.
■Waveform addition and channel tracking
You can add a waveform of any frequency and amplitude (specified as a percentage) to the output channel waveform and output it. If the channel tracking function is turned on, all parameters of two channels can be updated simultaneously according to the user's settings
■7-digit frequency counter
Equipped with a 7-digit frequency counter function that can measure the frequency, period, duty ratio, positive pulse width, and negative pulse width of external input signals, and also allows statistical measurement of measurement results. The frequency counter can operate simultaneously with 2 channel outputs.
