■Environmentally friendly LP gas engine adopted

In recent years, various efforts have been made to realize a low-carbon society. In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, our company also focused on LP gas early on as an energy source that emits less CO2 than other natural gases and emits extremely clean exhaust gas during combustion. Equipped with a HONDA GX160 engine exclusively for LP gas (GAKUNAN exclusive model), specializing in safety and eliminating risks when refueling with gasoline.

■Lightweight and small size, easy to use

It is popular as a stirring pot that can be easily loaded on a forklift or unit, and can be installed and operated on a small truck for small-scale construction work or narrow spaces. It has sufficient stirring capacity compared to the commonly used fixed kneader kneader, and can be used in a variety of situations. Recently, an increasing number of customers are purchasing this product as an additional pot for special color work.

■ Stable firepower improves work efficiency

By adopting a torch-shaped gas burner, we have devised a way to avoid the influence of wind as much as possible and maintain stable firepower. Melts molten materials quickly, contributing to increased work efficiency. The optional digital automatic temperature controller enables stable firepower management.

■Ability to stir without losing power

Thanks to our unique hydraulic technology that we have cultivated over many years, the stirring fan is characterized by its speedy and powerful stirring ability without losing its power. The tank inside the single-layer pot has excellent thermal efficiency and has a structure that makes it easy to melt the molten material.

■Dual configuration NSU-200LSW

It has a 2-unit configuration that saves space and has excellent cost performance. Since each pot is independent, stirring capacity is stable.

■Detachable collective gas piping as an option for NSU-200LSW

One gas cylinder can supply gas to a two-unit single tank pot.
