■Consent form printing screen Print

In the list on the collection management screen, the patient number, patient name, date and time of issue, collection status, date and time of collection/cancellation, document name, clinical department, ward, issuer, etc. are displayed for each printed document.

A QR code will be printed on the printed consent form. When the consent form signed by the patient is scanned, the QR code is read and automatically sorted by patient/type and registered efficiently, reducing the workload.
