Filing system function linked with RPA
■WEB search screen
You can instantly reference documents and drawings by searching for items such as business partner or product name. You can reference not only images but also Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
■Full text search
You can search and view the full text of documents created in PDF with text, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. When you select an image from the list of full-text search results, the page containing the search keyword will be displayed.
■Matrix view
Matrix view can be searched and viewed in three time series (week view, month view, year view). You can switch to view the previous month and next month.
■Image viewer
You can view images quickly with a high-speed dedicated viewer (high-speed page turning, high-speed thumbnail display). You can switch to the following display modes: "Full image display", "Simultaneous image and thumbnail display", and "Full thumbnail display".
■Automatic registration using RPA
Data is entered into ERP using RPA, and at the same time, data sources are automatically registered in the filing system.
■Access log management
Records information about which user performed what operations, when, where (PC name), with which program, and what kind of operations were performed. You can search and refer to access logs.
■Security
You can set privileges for each user ID (edit/delete index of registered images, user registration/change privileges). Security features such as hard copy prevention and print prevention prevent the spread of information.
