About This Product

■Measurement principle/product overviewThere are methods to detect CO2 concentration in the atmosphere, such as NDIR, solid electrolyte sensor, and photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS), but generally an analyzer called NDIR (Non Dispersive Infrared Gas Anaryzer) is used. In the case of CO2 molecules, it has the property of selectively absorbing infrared rays with a wavelength of 4.26 microns. When CO2 molecules are present in high concentrations, they will be absorbed more strongly. NDIR takes advantage of this property. When the gas to be measured is passed through a tube (cell) with an infrared light source and an optical sensor element fixed at both ends, at low concentrations the attenuation of the incident light is small, and at high concentrations the attenuation increases.

■Product overview・CO2 transmitter TKR100BZ is a device that detects the carbon dioxide concentration in a cold storage warehouse and converts it to analog output.
・The measurement range is 0 to 10,000ppm (BZ/LBZ), 0 to 50,000ppm (BZ05/LBZ05), and the corresponding output DC4 to 20mA/0 to 10V is output. (range switchable)
・The operating temperature range is -40 to 40℃. (No condensation allowed)
・Equipped with automatic calibration/manual calibration function
・The board surface is treated to resist condensation. (Not waterproof)
・A dustproof filter is attached to the slit part.
・TKR100LBZ/LBZ05 displays the current CO2 concentration on the small LCD.

■Features・Can be used in ultra-low temperature environments of -40℃. (Operating temperature range: -40 to 40℃)
・Measurement range is 0 to 10,000ppm (BZ/LBZ), 0 to 50,000ppm (BZ05/LBZ05)
- Equipped with an automatic calibration function that can automatically correct discrepancies due to aging.
- Analog output can be selected as current output or voltage output.
・TKR100BZ/BZ05 is a low-cost popular model without an LCD display.
-A dustproof filter is attached to the slit part of the case to prevent dust from entering.
