About This Product

SmarAct will start selling piezo stages that are compatible with mK level cryogenic environments. Stages compatible with cryogenic temperatures are available as special versions of the SLC series and have a compact design. Like the other stages, it uses a stick-slip drive, a titanium base plate, and a dry lubricant with a solid-state coating on high-precision bearings. Options compatible with ultra-high vacuum are also available.

■Cryogenic system

SmarAct offers systems using linear stages and rotary stages that are compatible with cryogenic temperatures. A cable connects the base plate and the top plate of the XYZ stage for optimal heat transfer.
