About This Product

■Completely solve difficult bridge problems

AirSweep® Material Activation System provides on-demand product flow, eliminates bridging/ratfall, and cleans internal vessel surfaces to improve batch uniformity. ・Activate the product (material) 360° and control the flow. Each AirSweep nozzle delivers a 360° jet of high-pressure, high-volume compressed air or inert gas along the interior walls of process equipment or vessels to break up friction and lift trapped material back into the flow. - Patented nozzle seals instantly after each pulse to prevent backflow of material. Continuous pulses of strategically placed AirSweep units activate the bulk material, creating a first-in, first-out controlled flow.

■Applications The AirSweep® system has solved clogging problems with the following materials.
