・ Poppet structure that realizes high dirt resistance
・ ROSS vacuum valve has a larger orifice, making it possible to have a larger flow rate, transporting air even if there is a small difference between the vacuum in the valve and the external pressure outside the valve.
・ Because it can be attached near the actuator, the length of the pipe that is pressurized/exhausted by each cycle can be reduced.
・ Internal/external pilot supply
・ The leak is almost zero
