■The Si servo3 series has a lineup of 9 types of motors.

We offer motors from 0.05N to 2.0N types, and we have newly added 0.7N type/0.8N type motors to our lineup. In addition, the Si servo3 series has standardized a motor with characteristics that reduce torque less even in the high-speed range. Typical stepping motors have a problem with torque reduction in the high-speed range, but Si servo3 outputs sufficient torque even in the high-speed range and achieves high tact operation.

■Ultra high-speed motor that rotates at up to 6,000 rpm

Typical stepping motors have a limit of around 3,000rpm to 4,000rpm, and the output torque in this rotational range is not at a practical level. For Si servo3, we have added a 0.3N type motor that can be practically used up to 6,000rpm to the lineup.

■Equipped with a high-resolution encoder that does not need to be attached or detached

All models are equipped with a 10,000 pulse/rev encoder. Position and speed information is fed back with high accuracy, achieving highly accurate positioning and smooth operation without the need for attachment or detachment. It has the ability to generate up to 200% torque depending on the feedback deviation.

■High precision and high response

Si servo3 receives feedback from a high-resolution encoder and positions with high precision. Additionally, the torque output characteristics in the high speed range have been improved. High responsiveness can be maintained even when the motor speed increases, so deviations are less likely to occur and stability can be expected to improve.

■No slight hunting when stopped. Furthermore, vibration-free operation is achieved from low to high speeds.

By giving the optimal correction current command at high speed during motor operation, vibration factors such as motor detend torque are greatly reduced, achieving smooth operation without vibration from low to high speeds, just like a servo. . Also, when the motor is stopped, there is no minute hunting like with servo motors. This retains the goodness of the stepping motor.
