The cutting counter PS-321 is a device that creates and outputs a control signal in units of count cycles from a count input signal.
Features
■We have prepared 3 types of counting modes.
- Three types of counting modes can be selected by operating from the panel.
・Count mode 1 operates on 2 channels independently.
- Count modes 2 and 3 control the output using two set values for one counter.
■You can change the count value using the panel.
The count value can be adjusted from the panel without applying a count signal.
■Unnecessary operations can be prohibited.
There is an operation prohibition function to prevent erroneous operations.
■SSR output and open collector output are independent.
Each channel has an SSR and open collector output, and up to 4 outputs are possible.
■You can change the output format.
- 4 types of output formats can be selected in count mode 1 and 15 types of output formats can be selected in count mode 2/3. Change the output format in the function settings.
- Output format can be set separately for SSR and open collector output.
■Counter control such as counting interruption and counting reset is possible.
In count mode 2/3, count input 2 can also be used as a counter control input.
■SSR for output can be built-in.
ACSSR or DCSSR for output can be built-in. Additionally, the SSR can be replaced by removing the nameplate on the back. Please use the SSR specified by our company.
■Remote control is available as an option.
Most operations can be performed remotely using commands from a sequencer, etc. However, option settings are required.
