PS-330 digital counter is an electronic counter for press processing applications with built-in total, preset and batch counters. It is a 2-input/2-output counter, with inputs for counting and equipment control. Outputs include relay contact output and open collector output, which can be used to stop press operation and control alarm devices. It also has functions to measure operating time, operating rate, and SPM, which are convenient for managers, and are useful for improving production efficiency.
■Features
- Three types of counters: total counter, preset counter, and batch counter have been consolidated into one.
・There is a display function for operating time, operating rate, and SPM.
・The total counter and preset counter have a 10-digit counting range even though the number display is 7 digits.
- Three values can be set as the preset value to the preset counter.
・The bank function retains set values, counted values, and the operating status of the counter. It has 8 banks.
-Equipped with an LT (lifetime) counter that counts the number of operations of the connected device and an LT (lifetime) timer that measures the operation time.
- If counting input is interrupted for a certain period of time, an operation stop signal can be generated.
