■Comprehensive support for all manufacturing processes in one system

Tebis can comprehensively support the entire manufacturing process in one system. We hold modules necessary for each process in mold manufacturing. This eliminates the need to handle multiple software, making it easier to share work and improving overall business efficiency. System unification also reduces the types of software and the number of licenses held, leading to lower running costs.

■Automation/standardization

Tebis is able to completely reproduce the customer's processing environment by registering on-site equipment in various libraries. By utilizing the machining environment reproduced on the software, safe tool paths without interference are created. Additionally, by registering processing technology know-how in the NC template, it is possible to standardize and automate NC data creation. This system allows even beginners to create expert-level NC data by utilizing the advanced know-how developed by experienced engineers.

■Cooperation with MES

By introducing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to mold manufacturing sites, it is possible to significantly improve productivity efficiency. Tebis V4.1 enables strong data linkage with the MES system ProLeiS, and also has a mechanism to improve efficiency by utilizing budget management data (plans and actual results). We develop and manage the complex process of mold manufacturing into a detailed workflow, schedule the operation of processing machines, and assign tasks to each person in charge of design, NC programming, machine operators, etc. The function also includes in-house inventory management of purchased parts and tools for molds.
