About This Product

・Ultra compact ・High dynamic range (>75dB) ・Broadband (>5THz) ・High speed (1 second/1 scan) ・Inexpensive ・Imaging also possible (using RIGI)

■Summary

・Uses a dispersion-compensated drive fiber laser with mode-locking suitable for wideband THz antennas. ・The delay mechanism is a fiber couple system and supports delay times of 600 psec or more. ・One measurement scan takes about 1 second ・Includes control software.

■Application

・THz spectrometry ・Real-time THz imaging (using RIGI two-dimensional detector) ・Non-destructive testing & quality control ・Film thickness measurement
