About This Product

A flow meter/controller for liquids that uses the same principle as a mass flow meter. Performs highly accurate measurements with fast response.

Compatible liquids: Pure water, methanol, isopropanol, ethanol, ammonia, dimethyl ether, isopentane, thiophene, isooctane, heptane, acetone In addition to these, we may also be able to handle other liquids.

Features
■20ms high-speed response using laminar flow method (differential pressure method)You can quickly follow flow rate changes and check the flow rate in real time. The flow rate range is 50:1 from 2 to 100% F.S. The 0.5CCM type can measure from 0.01mL/min. Equipped with 0 to 5VDC output and RS-232C communication as standard external outputs. A NIST traceable inspection certificate is included as standard. There are also portable mass flow meters with batteries that are convenient to carry.

■Compatible liquidsCalibrate with one of the following: pure water, methanol, isopropanol, ethanol, ammonia, dimethyl ether, isopentane, thiophene, isooctane, heptane, or acetone. *The liquid used cannot be changed.
