■The highest model of vacuum-pressure forming machines that continues to create new markets

By performing forming and cutting (punching) at the same time, high precision and high speed operation is possible. The RDM series offers both high precision and high speed operation, as well as high expandability. . Features

■“Ultra” deep drawing possible

The RDM76Kb can output a maximum mold clamping force of 90 tons and a maximum plug power of 120kN, and has achieved uniform side wall thickness even during deep drawing. This makes it possible to create deep containers and molded products with complex shapes that could not be achieved with existing vacuum-pressure forming machines, contributing to the creation of new markets.

■“Small molding area = faster speed + high quality molding”

By reducing the molding area, we shorten molding time and enable high-speed operation of the equipment. At the same time, strict control of sheet temperature contributes to the realization of high-quality molding.

■Easy operation with Japanese notation and touch panel type

Each parameter is saved in the computer and can be recalled at any time. This allows production to be performed under the same conditions at all times, shortening start-up time and allowing stable operation over long periods of time. Operations can be performed intuitively with easy-to-understand icons.

■Reducing running costs

By using an extruder and a crusher (both optional), the yield can be brought as close to 100% as possible. This contributes to tremendous cost reductions, especially for large-lot production. Since we can perform sheet forming, container forming, and stacking all in one stop, operations can be performed with a minimum number of man-hours, and labor costs can also be reduced.

■Strengths as an equipment and mold manufacturer

By using Illich molds, we can suggest the number of cavities, cavity placement, and production speed depending on the design and material of the molded product. Each parameter necessary for production is included when the mold is delivered, so you can start production immediately after installing the equipment (sheet materials must be provided in advance).
