Based on the L-shaped seal method and continuous side seal method, we will propose the optimal fully automatic packaging environment according to the packaged items and conditions. By connecting with the long type shrink tunnel TUNNEL50TWIN, you can build a high-speed shrink packaging line without reducing packaging speed. Features

■High-speed packaging

The sealing operation of the MPE and MPS types is driven by a servo motor, so the operation is fast and accurate, and there is no wasted movement, resulting in high productivity of up to 3,600 packs per hour. In addition, the MPS type has continuous side seals, so it operates even faster and is suitable for packaging long items.

■High packaging quality

MPE and MPS types come with a center seal automatic adjustment function that automatically adjusts the seal height according to the package height setting. Additionally, the MPS type has separate vertical and horizontal seals, so it is possible to maintain stable packaging quality, especially for tall packages.

■Friendly to workers and the environment

All models cover the packaging area, making them hygienic and safe. The conditions inside the packaging area can be easily monitored (with internal lighting), and the lamp display on the top allows you to understand the machine status even from a distance. In addition, since the operation part is a movable touch panel, the position of the touch panel can be moved according to the worker's standing position, making it easier to respond in emergencies, and each setting is displayed graphically, making it an operator-friendly design. Furthermore, despite high-speed operation, the sealing operation is low-noise, and the MPE and MPS types do not require a compressor, so they are less likely to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment.
