About This Product

By combining the image, the defective part is prominent and the defective detection is possible. Defective detection technology ･ Step1. Create many types of images In just 0.3 seconds, 69 unprocessed images are photographed, imported into the software, and combined with several pieces, we will create an image processed according to the type of defective. ･ Step2. Select detection tool according to the defective type If you select the tool according to the defective type you want to detect, you will analyze it in just 3 seconds. Of course, multiple detection tools can be selected. ･ Step3. Set detection criteria The size of the detected defect is minimum, 0.1mm in vertical and horizontal and 2 μm depth. The detection level can be changed and you can set to detect only the desired defect. Mounted technology ･ Emphasis emphasizes the difference in reflected light by the phase shift method ･ Detect the displacement of the phase by hitting the striped light from the three directions. International Patent CSD® Technology Helmee's CSD technology, which has obtained an international patent, is a special technology that allows us to detect glossy defects by using the dome, camera, and special light developed by us. Inspection result report service ･ Display of inspection results Displays only information you want to see from the database of the test result, type of defective, inspection period, product name, defective product, good product, etc. ･ Defective inspection of products inspected The search results are classified for each type of defective, and at a glance you can understand what defects have been played by the product. ･ Inspection speed meter The inspection speed is displayed by the meter one hour before the current time. ･ Timeline display of inspection results By looking at the results according to the flow of time, you can understand the frequency of defective products (red part) at a glance.
